Strategy Performance Business Solutions, a business performance consultancy & services agency, is expanding its support team and seeking qualified candidates for the position of Client Support Specialist.

The Client Support Specialist assists with fulfillment of client work requests, product & project launches, production projects, design & delivery of training & coaching programs, and sales & marketing support, serving clients, vendors and SP team members. Strategy Performance team members are committed to the success of our customers and serve them with the highest quality service and integrity.

Serving as the administrative assistant to President & CEO, the Client Support Specialist has an exciting opportunity to be directly involved in the ongoing success and growth of the company, including a wide variety of training & career development opportunities and participation in our incentive program.

  • Periodic travel overnight to conferences, trade shows and speaking events

  • Reliable personal transportation, to be used periodically for business needs


RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Serves as the first point of contact to clients and prospective clients, contacting or working with our firm. Using superior communication and customer service skills, assists clients or prospects with inquiries and service requests, or directs them to the appropriate team member, as required.

  • Accurately records details of each incoming request, project task, and status updates in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

  • Provides administrative support to President & CEO and other team members, as required

  • Promotes utilization and expansion of services to existing clients

  • Plans & schedules team travel when needed

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the Rocky Mount office

  • Supports the sales & marketing efforts of the organization through website, social media and email marketing


EXPERIENCE
 

  • Minimum of two years in administrative support, customer service, or sales & marketing role preferred

  • Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)

  • QuickBooks experience a plus, but not required
